In 2003, ACDP and APS compiled a list of important professional development skills for physiology trainees. The primary purpose of this list is to serve as a professional development tool for physiology trainees and their mentors.

Medical Physiology Course Directors Meeting/Website

ACDP and APS seek to support excellence in medical physiology education and, in particular, to provide resources for their members who play an integral role in the development and coordination of medical physiology courses.

Medical Physiology Learning Objectives

This is a joint project of  ACDP and APS.  The current ongoing revision of the project is being headed by  Robert G. Carroll, Ph.D., Professor, Department of Physiology, East Carolina University School of Medicine and L. Gabriel Navar,  Ph.D., Professor and Chair, Department of Physiology, Tulane University School of Medicine.
